The Honor Flight Network is a non-profit organization created solely to honor American's Veterans for all their sacrifices.  We transport our Heroes to Washington D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorials.  Top priority is given to senior Veterans - WWII survivors, along with those other Veterans who may be terminally ill.

 

Of all the wars in recent memory, it was WWII that truly threatened our very existence as a nation and as a culturally divesre, free society.  Now with over one thousand WWII Veterans dying each day, our time to express our thanks to these brave men and women is running out.

This spring we had two flights one in May and one in June.  On our first flight we took 31 WWII Veterans and on our 2nd flight we took 25 Veterans.  Many of the WWII Veterans stated that his was a life changing experience.  We want to thank all of those who helped, Tony our May bus driver and Gerard our bus driver for June.  Holiday Inn at the Dulles airport, the Hilton at the Baltimore airport, VirginAirlines, Southwest Airlines, USO in San Francisco and Washington DC, the Honor Flight Ground Crew, Patriot Guard Riders and anyone else that played a part in helping get these Veterans to the WWII Memorial.  We will be flying again September 16th-18th.
