News on the Main Museum

In an effort to keep our supporters informed we are adding letters and site plans to this webpage.  The first letter is our Letter of Intent signed with the City of Redding on June 16, 2010.  Below that is a letter from then Mayor of Redding, Patrick Jones.  At the City Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 16th, 2010, the City Council overwhelming agreed to support the Museum in assisting us in the search of suitable property.

Below the letters is the first of many a site plan for the proposed museum.  As we update the plans we will continue to update this webpage.

The Board of Directors for the Northern California Veterans Museum and Heritage Center want to thank everyone that spoke before the City Council on our behalf and to all of the people that came to support us in our quest for property at the Redding Airport.

The Letter of Intent is for 17 acres on the southwest corner of the Redding Airport situated at Airport Road and Meadow View Drive.
